Because my comment wasn’t relevant to the comment I replied to.
I read that the second I posted my comment, which is why I deleted it immediately. How can you still read it?

Sweet potatoes are more potatoes than onions are potatoes.
What are yams though?
They are at least relatives.
Sweet Potato is at least a potato.
One is not like the others.
Well if people think it’s disrespectful for someone else to be motived and ambitious they have problems.
Nope, that’s not it.
All right, your dumb. Bye.
What you said is not controversial. Controversial would mean that it sparks debate. What you said is universally disliked. Not the part about not relating, that’s fine. But the part about not taking naps and getting shit done. Because it’s unhealthy. Because your mindset most likely is going to get your burned out sooner or later. And I’m talking from experience here. I’ve been there, I’ve done that, I burned out, twice. I’m serious when I say “take care of yourself and take a nap.”
Maybe see it this way: if you take breaks and take naps, you can get more shit done in the long term.
Also that stuff about no pride, ambition or self worth being displayed. That’s just disrespectful and people generally don’t like being disrespected.
(i know the canonical answer is that there’s evil organisations that make public spending to help people irrelevant
But Bruce Wayne has Bill Gates to Jeff Bezos level of wealth (including highly profitable enterprises) and owns a newspaper. He could play their game, start lobbying, get the propaganda rolling etc.
And he could do that and be batman.
Ambition and pride is what brought me to this point where I can’t take responsibilities anymore.
Drawing your self worth too much out of getting shit done leads to burnouts. Take care of yourself. Take a nap. It’s OK.
It’s still silly. But enjoyable from time to time.
Because, to do so, you’d have to first force the company to keep their internal copy of it archived, which you also can’t force them to do.
Of course you can. See documentation of business transactions for tax audits.
Also, it’s not like companies lose their code binaries while the game servers are still up and running. And it’s not like the code gets thrown out the window as soon as the servers go down or something.
Bro, you are both strawmanning the shit out of this and have no idea on what the fuck you’re talking about. You should stop eating corporate propaganda and be happy that there are people trying to work against corporate greed.
Aside from the fact it’s proprietary stuff they own… you can’t just mandate that a company must release stuff they own to the public. They own it, they can do whatever they want with it.
Wrong. Copyright, patent, trademark, etc law is time restricted. Biggest recent example is that even after decades of (successful) lobbying and corruption, Disney had to release Steamboat Willy into public domain.
In this specific discussion you and I are having right now.
You are also showing in your other answers that you are not about having an honest discussion.
And since you are again derailing, I’m gonna stop answering now.
You blew a sidenote out of proportion. That’s what happened. My original and repeatedly stated main point was the normalization of AI slob.
Ah, fuck off. I doubt you actually ever were interested.
But that’s the nerdy exception, not the rule.
Also, that’s not my main argument. Stop derailing, please.
Dude, I just got up and chugged my wakeup-half litre. What am I supposed to take a break off to drink water, drinking water?
